Solar Lunacy (or really any) Freddy Patch tutorial!

Two ways I feel work are Hot glue and sewing.

First things first: youll want one or two printed coppies of the freddy head template. I covered mine in tape.

For black, cut out the freddy head and bow tie as a whole piece and cut it from a sheet of black felt. Then cut out the individual pieces by colour.

White: eye whites, eye shines, teeth

Cream: muzzle, jaw left, jaw right, inner ear left, inner ear right

Orange brown: (I had to dye my orange to the correct colour) cheek left, cheek right, head top, ear left, ear right

Red: cheek left, sheek right, brow, earring

Blue: chin, brow, hat band

dark red: tongue

Purple: irises

Optional: black: nose, pupils, eyebrows

If you have a cleaner cut job, yours will look better but hot glue those pieces on there. I recommend glueing or sewing in this order

Red brow arch

Muzzle

Tongue

Teeth

Chin

Eyes

Cheeks

Head

Ears

Hat

After sewing or glueing everything on, add in details like freckles and the line in the tongue. I decided to not do those because I already decided to redo the whole thing by hand sewing at a later date but anyway

After that either attach it to your jacket permanently or safety pin it from the inside. I added little loops for the safety pins to go through because I had them.

You can also see that I added in some light purple lines to the eyes. Sewing through glue is stupid so dont be like me and do this before hand if thats something you want

If I were to sew this (which I will probably be doing), id cover my thread ends with something like fabric glue to keep them from coming undone if it were to be removable otherwise id just sew it to the jacket.

If you intend for this to be a permanent fixture on your jacket, glue or sew that puppy -er- bear? On there securely. I mean add some stitches and glue to the center to keep it secure and everything

Or use peel and stick felt, im not your dad.

Doesn't do much, just perches on the edge of his chair like a patient wraith, ends with batman wrapping an arm around her shoulders and pressing a kiss to her hair, murmuring something that makes this literal incarnation of a shadow let out the highest, sweetest little giggle as they leave. 

Duke: rushes in with bloody gashes all across his body because he got into some trouble and its during the day and he knows the meeting is important but no ones at home and hes bleeding a lot- and batman just flies to his side in an instant and is immediately ordering him to sit down and drink some water and without hesitation starts patching him up, and jams a needle into his own leg to replenish the boys lost amount of blood and by the end he just scoops a now sleeping signal into his arms and exits without a word

Stephanie: walks in, throws a handful of purple glitter in the room, spins and walks out again. Batman doesn't even blink.

“Well there’s a familiar face,” Remus greets with a smile as you step into the shop. You timidly smile back and wait for him to wave off a customer with their care kit before stepping forward with your heavy tote strung over your shoulder, “do you have an appointment for a tattoo or a piercing?” he asks, eyes trained on the tablet at the front desk. 

“Oh, no no,” you bashfully stammer, “I’m not here for any of that, I’m scared of needles,” 

“That’s a shame,” Remus contemplates and you look up to see him leaning over with a thoughtful look, his elbows on the counter as one hand holds his chin up - he’s so handsome. He has several piercings decorating his ears and an eyebrow piercing to accentuate the angles of his brows. As he moves his chin off his palm to caress it in contemplation, he continues to take you in as you also take the opportunity to admire some of the tattoos on his arms. There are some phrases in different fonts, an impressive vision of a wolf with a full moon and a minimalist set of the moon phases alongside much more, “you’d look good with cute little piercings on your ears,” he finally comments, reaching out to point at your ear. 

“Th-thank you,” you subconsciously reach up and touch your ear, his statement making you briefly consider his suggestion.

“So what are you here for if not for a piercing or tattoo?” straightening up into his full height, Remus lets a light scowl take over his face, “Is that bastard troubling you again?”

“It’s alright, don’t worry, I told my manager and he’s been banned from the pub I work at so I haven’t had anymore bad encounters,” 

Remus smiles at your precious appearance, you really look adorable being all timid in front of him, “I’m glad,” his voice is warm and comforting, different to the roughness brought on by the ink on his arms. He was dressed in a white shirt under a sleeveless brown sweater vest, high-waisted, tailored pants with the bottoms just about reaching his Doc Martens - he’s a good balance of soft but edgy. It’s a unique charm of his, you gather.

“I-I just wanted to say thank you to you guys,” you gesture to your tote bag, “so I made you some lunch, I hope that’s okay…” 

“Free lunch, home cooked by the most beautiful lady I’ve ever seen?” Sirius interrupts, stealing your attention as he appears from a corridor to your left with a boyish grin. He reaches for your hand and brings your knuckles up to his lips for a soft kiss, “what an honour,”

Your cheeks heat up incredibly at the gesture, “it’s really nothing, you guys saved me last night, it’s the least I could do,”

Sirius smiles down at you and after sharing a look with Remus he begins to lead you down the same corridor he had just appeared from, “well, you have the most perfect timing, darling because it’s a slow day and almost our lunch break,”

“I’ll tell James and help him finish up with his last client for the day. We’ll see you in a bit,” Remus announces as he flips the sign at the door to ‘CLOSED’. You wanted to protest and say that you didn’t want to waste too much of their time but the mousy haired piercer smiled and that was enough reassurance for you to hold your tongue. 

“Let’s go love,” Sirius leads you down a corridor to a room with rock posters and varying pieces of art decorating the wall as sofas lined half of the walls with varying aesthetics, one was very much distressed but still cosy looking, as the other was of a sleek, black leather. Thankfully, there was a pretty large coffee table that you could set your tote bag on and slowly began to take out the food you had cooked. On the distressed sofa behind you, Sirius admired your tentative figure and appreciated your stark difference in aesthetic to the room around you. Your style fits close to Remus although more feminine and carefree. There was a cosy structure to Remus’s fashion but with your long flowing white skirt, chiffon blouse and delicate jewellery, you embodied a breath of fresh air under the summer sun, “what a beauty,” Sirius says to himself, arms resting along the back of the sofa as you finally settled down.

Thinking he meant the food in the tupperware, you smile, “you like the food already?”

“I’m talking about you, darling, although the food does look delicious,” Sirius chuckles under his breath as you timidly tuck a strand of hair behind your ear. 

“Th-thank you but really, I hope you like the food,” 

“I’m sure I will,” silence slowly permeates the space between you as you wait for Remus and James but it was still comfortable, not awkward at all. In that time, you both take in each other’s appearance. Sirius wears a white tank that clings to his toned figure and ends just under his belly button, showcasing a majority of the tattoos that embellish his skin. He’s also in black jeans and a pair of worn combat boots. The tattoos on his arms and those that peak out from his torso and chest don’t have a visible theme but they all still go together somehow. There are many unknown symbols and long winded sentences written decoratively around said symbols and the occasional elaborate illustration. There are some doodles dedicated to music, some to inside jokes you would guess and you want to ask questions but you bite your tongue. You didn’t want to be rude. 

“Curious?” Sirius asks, having noticed your wandering eyes and smiling at your kitten-like interest. 

“A little bit…”

“Ask away,”

When James and Remus finally join the two of you a few minutes later, they see you fully turned towards Sirius on the sofa, eyes focused on a tattoo on his chest that he was explaining the meaning of, catching you in a trance with his voice. The tattoo artist has his tank top moved down and to the side as you absentmindedly reach your hand up to his tattoo, almost tracing the ink on his skin with your delicate fingers. From the grin on Sirius’s face and the love-eyes he was watching your face with, they could tell he was smitten with you, which was rare. Sirius was very much a ladies man but you’ve managed to rope him in with hardly any effort put in. Remus doesn’t blame his friend, though, you’re very captivating. 

The chuckle from both Remus and James pulls your attention away from Sirius who smirks up at them, unbothered by their interruption.  

“I heard a pretty lady was treating us to some home made lunch today,” James eagerly sits down in the space beside you as Remus sits atop the far right of the coffee table. 

“Y-yeah, I hope you like it, please dig in,”

“Don’t mind if I do!” James cheers and promptly consumes his share of food, giving the occasional groan of satisfaction from the taste in his mouth, “Sho good!”

“Don’t speak with your mouth full,” Remus corrects with an amused smile before turning to your with an appreciative grin, “Thank you, truly, (Y/N), I was getting tired of take out,”

“Home cooking is the best,” Sirius groans from your other side, already half way through his share, which makes you giggle in happiness. Your heart swells with joy knowing that you could properly thank your heroes. Speaking off, you finally get to admire James in better lighting than the street lamps. He isn’t nearly as decorated with ink as Sirius but there was a pretty illustration of a stag on his forearm that you admired. You hadn’t wanted to feel awkward so you brought some lunch for you too and ate alongside the trio, stealing secret glances at James who remained oblivious, too engrossed in his food. He’s in much cosier attire compared to Srius and Remus. Hanging from his broad shoulders was an oversized, faded shirt and washed-out jeans with the bottoms rolled up to showcase his high converse shoes. Framing his face was a charming pair of round glasses and, matched with his unruly curls and tattoos, made him a pictured balance of casual and wild that suits only him.

Lunch passes and James was the first to finish between the trio, quickly proceeding to pull puppy eyes at his two friends in a soft plea for them to surrender some of their food to him but they firmly decline. 

“I’m not letting you have some of my lunch just because you finished yours too quickly,” Sirius huffs, pulling his tupperware closer to him. 

“Sorry Prongs,” Remus laughs, “those puppy eyes aren’t going to work on me, our dove’s cooking is too good to share,”

Unable to resist James’s pouting face, you hold up a spoonful of your meal, “it’s okay James,” you bring your spare hand to sit under the spoon and move it to James’s lips, “here, say ‘ahh’,”   

With a boyish, golden-boy grin, James happily accepts the mouthful and moans in happiness, chewing away like a happy squirrel. Enjoying his glee so much, you happily feed him the rest of your lunch, saying that you were already far too full to eat any more so that Remus and Sirius didn’t scold James too much. It was partially true though because seeing James eating was enough to make you feel full already. 

Once done, you set aside the tupperware and was completely unprepared for when James kissed your cheek as thanks for feeding him the rest of your lunch, “you’re too kind, angel, thank you,” he whispers into your ear, his breath brushing against your sensitive skin and sending a shiver down your spine. You could only muster a timid nod in response. 

When lunch ended, casual conversations started which slowly divulged into the boys wanting to give you a temporary tattoo as thanks. You wanted to protest the redundancy of their actions but were quickly convinced by the verbal pleas of Sirius and James as Remus simply stared at you with interested eyes.

“What tattoo would you like, doll?” Sirius asks, smiling at your pondering face. You're far too cute for your own good.

“Surprise me!” you finally chirp, missing the roguish grin the three men share. 

Not too long after, you were brought into a room with a computer connected to a specialised printer against one wall of the room. Remus and Sirius immediately move to prepare the temporary tattoo on the screen and set up the printer while James leads you to the tattoo bed in the middle of the room. 

“This can fold into a chair but that’s a bit of a hassle right now, do you mind sitting on the bed instead?” James asks as you shake your head and reassure that it’s alright. He loves how compliant you are and watches for a moment as you struggle to get on the high bed before offering assistance, “May I?” his hands hesitates just before they reach your figure but you pay his touch no mind and nod, moving your hands to rest on his shoulders as he secures his hold on your waist. With a small countdown, James lifts you onto the tattoo table with hardly any effort. 

Shuffling back, you smile up at James who remains taller than you on the table as he stands between your thighs, “Thank you, James,” the tattoo artist smiles when you say his name but frowns at the distance you’re sitting at the table. 

“No worries sweetheart but you we need you a little closer than that,” without another word, James grips your thighs with his large hands and pulls you with some force to sit closer to the edge of the table, which also pulls a surprised squeal from your lips, “sorry sorry,” James chuckles softly his hands still on your thighs and shudders at your proximity when he looks down to see your skirt bundled up, accentuating how close your hips were to his. Stepping away, James tidies up your skirt as you giggle and thank him once more for his assistance. He smiles at you before being called over to the computer, trading places with Sirius. 

“Where would you like your temporary tattoo, love?” he asks gently, opening a packet of sanitising wipes as the sound of the printer starts and whirrs in the background. 

“Hmmm…even though it’s temporary I want it to be easily hidden,”

“Such a shy princess aren’t you?” Sirius comments with a smile, “it’s so cute,”

Ignoring his comment, you rush to think of the perfect place for the tattoo and distract from your racing heart, “how about here?” you point to your chest, just above your breasts and below your collarbone. Sirius immediately recognises the placement and raises an amused brow. 

“Like my tattoo?”

You timidly smile, “yes please,”

“Very good choice,” Sirius praises playfully as pride swells within his chest, “but we need to get to that spot first, love,” you look down at your blouse and curse under your breath. 

“Umm…” you try to pull down the collar but it was a small cut and the fabric resists. The temporary tattoo finishes printing and Remus approaches the table with James to see you struggling with your blouse.

“Where does she want it?” James asks as Remus carefully holds the small tattoo. 

“Where mine was,” Sirius points to just below his collar bone, “but her blouse is in the way,”

Remus nods and approaches you, “that blouse is going to have to come off, dove,” his brown eyes watches you gnaw at your lip, it’s a hesitance he’s familiar with so he knows what to do, “don’t worry, you have nothing to be scared of, okay?” he gives you a warm smile when you look up at him and soon feel assured enough to untuck your blouse and pull it over your head, “good girl,” he praises with the same soft tone. You feel silly, these men give tattoos and pierce people’s skin, you’re sure that they’ve seen plenty of shirtless women in only their bras. Remus especially…he’s an expert piercer and has probably been asked to pierce lady parts that weren’t…very common.

“I’ve got to prepare your skin, love,” Sirius holds up the wipe and once you confirm exactly where you wanted the tattoo again, he wipes the area clean. Your skin is soft and slightly bouncy as it leads down to your breasts that makes the tattoo artist wipe at your skin a little longer than normal. After Sirius finishes prepping your skin and letting it dry, Remus steps up and applies the tattoo as best as he can without wrinkles. He swipes over the tattoo with his fingers and smiles at the handiwork. Beside him, Sirius and James admire the temporary ink, all three internally screaming at what you had let them ink you with.   

“Wait a full hour before you peel off the applicator,” Remus gently instructs, “and try to avoid sweating or showering for the next 6 hours okay?” you nod and Remus pats your head in approval with a contented hum. You put your blouse back on and let James help you down, laughing brightly when he raises you up high and spins you in the air before he finally sets you down, laughing alongside you. 

The boys still have a business to run so you collect your empty tupperware and wave the three goodbye before hurrying home, excited to see what tattoo they had given you as they were adamant at keeping it a surprise from you. materials:

- 5mm crochet hook

- 6ply monaco yarn (undyed/natural)

- 5ply milk cotton yarn (red, green, cream)

- any thread (red, green, cream) (try to color match it with the yarn)

you can adjust the yarn and hook size to your preference, as well as the colors! but i suggest to use two different types of yarn for the bandana and the apples so the apples stand out :>>> also, make sure the yarn you use for the bandana is soft and won’t muss up your hair like acrylic yarn

Miles Edgeworth, hearing his office door swing open, moved quickly. It only took a moment to open his desk drawer and slip the letter he'd been writing inside. He closed the drawer again, feigning nonchalance as he glanced up at the man entering his office.

Of course it was him. Who else would it be?

"Wright," Edgeworth said. "What are you doing here at this ungodly hour?"

Phoenix smiled, shutting the door behind him. He was wearing his jacket, but removed it and folded it over his arm as he spoke. "I could ask the same thing of you, Edgeworth. Are you really working this late on a Friday night?"

"Unlike some people," he said, "I do not have the luxury of my own schedule. The Prosecutor's Office doesn't stop on my whims."

"What could they have you working so hard on right after we just wrapped up all that SL-9 business?"

"Oh, you mean the incident in which it came out that I'd achieved a conviction using fabricated evidence? The one where the Chief of Police was revealed as a murderer? The one where our Chief Prosecutor was incarcerated?" The very corner of his mouth tipped up in a slight, sarcastic smile. "You're quite right, Wright. I can't think of any fallout from that incident which might require further attention from the Prosecutor's Office."

Phoenix crossed the room easily - he always moved with such purpose - to stand on Edgeworth's side of the desk. He leaned easily against it, an intrusion Edgeworth catalogued and said nothing about.

"Even so, it's not fair for them to make you stay so late," he said.

"Hm. Still haven't lost your idealism, have you?"

"Maybe so," he said, "but if I haven't, I don't want to."

"Sometimes, Wright, I wish I could see the world the way you do."

"It's never too late to change your outlook, Miles."

"Hah." He shook his head. "So what brings you up here, in any case? Are you just visiting to needle me about my late hours?"

"Well, not entirely," Phoenix said. He fiddled with the folds of his jacket, still slung over his arm, before sitting it down on Edgeworth's desk and continuing. "Ema's just left for Europe."

"So I heard. To stay with one of Chief Prosecutor Skye's friends in Germany, if I recall correctly."

"You didn't come to the station to see her off."

Edgeworth turned his eyes away. "I... had the distinct feeling my presence would be somewhat less than appreciated."

"And there it is," Phoenix said. "I came here to see if you were still blaming yourself. Looks like I got my answer without needing to ask."

Edgeworth sighed. "Sometimes, Wright, you are entirely too perceptive. It has been a consistent thorn in my side since you made your way back into my life."

"You know you didn't do anything, right? You're completely innocent."

"I used forged evidence to achieve a guilty verdict. That is enough for me to consider myself beyond forgiveness."

"That's not your choice to make," Phoenix said. "I forgive you. Lana and Ema forgive you. There's nothing you can do about that."

"I appreciate the pep talk, Wright," he said, "but unless you have something of concrete value to say, I'd ask you to leave me to my work."

"I'm not leaving until you're done throwing your little pity party," Phoenix said. "Stop moping."

"I am not moping."

"You're definitely moping. Don't mope. It doesn't look good on you."

Edgeworth gave a long-suffering sigh. "The only evidence I have ever found for the existence of a God," he said, "is that without one, it is astronomically unlikely a man so perfectly tailored to disturb me and my peace would come to exist."

Phoenix laughed.

"It isn't a compliment, Wright," he snapped.

"No, but it's funny," he said. "Sometimes I feel just the same way as you. You're a real piece of work, Edgeworth."

"I have been... made aware."

Phoenix leaned forward, placing a hand on the side of Edgeworth's face. Edgeworth's first instinct was to jerk away, which he successfully resisted.

"Hey," Phoenix said. "You know I'm in love with you, right?"

"I'd realized," Edgeworth said. "And you know I can't return those feelings. Not yet."

"That's alright," Phoenix said. "You've had a lot going on these last fifteen years, Miles."

"Hah. I suppose one could say that."

"Just..." Phoenix paused. "Don't go anywhere. Take as long as you need, but stay right here. Promise me that."

The letter was burning a hole in Edgeworth's desk. "Of course, Phoenix," he said.

"I need you to promise, Miles," he said. Phoenix bit his lip and looked away. "I spent too long wondering what had happened to you. I can't do that again. I need you in my life, in whatever way you'll let me be."

Edgeworth wasn't usually one for impulsivity, but he'd been trying to take the odd lesson from his childhood friend, and that seemed to be a primary characteristic of the way he lived his life. So he did something impulsive. He placed his hand on the back of Phoenix's head, pulled him further down, and planted a kiss on Phoenix's cheek.

"I promise you, Wright," he said, "that I will remain in contact with you for as long as you would like me to."

Phoenix visibly relaxed. "Thank you, Miles."

"Of course."

Moth outfit pattern

Hello, here's the pattern for the moth outfit. This post includes the basic cape pattern, basic mask pattern, moth hair pattern, base tunic pattern and the moth shorts! If you make something using my patterns, i would love to see it! Simply send me an ask, or tag me in a post! Now, here's the pattern!

Basic cape pattern

(This pattern is used for every base cape in game)

Materials: Yarn in the color of the cape you want, white yarn (for the stars), a 2.5 mm crochet hook, scissors, and a needle.

-Chain 26, and double crochet in the third chain from the hook. Double crochet in every stitch (24)

-Chain 2, *1 increase, 3 dc, repeat from * (30)

-Chain 2, dc in every stitch. (30)

-Ch 2, *1 inc, 4 dc, repeat from * (36)

-Ch 2, dc in every stitch (36)

Now, i think you can see where this pattern is going. You will continue doing one row of increase, and one regular row for a total of 16 rows. When you're done, you should have 72 stitches.

-(row 17) Chain 2, dc 9, then do 5 more rows with 9 dc each. Chain one, and fasten off.

This forms one part of the cape. This is how we will achieve the "cuts" in the cape. After you've fastened off, attach your yarn again, in the 10th stitch of the 16th row, continuing that same pattern again.

You will make 6 of these, 3 on each side of the middle. In the middle you instead make one with 18 stitches instead of 9. Here is a little guide for you:

When you're done, you can take your needle and some white yarn, and sew/embroider star shapes on the back, like the ones in game. You can make your skykid have as many wing levels as you want, but i only made the base 5 for simplicity.

Now, for the last part of the cape, the thing that will keep the cape on the skykid. I simply made a long chain, sewed it into the first row of the cape, and tied it around the neck. As simple as that!

Now, onto our next pattern!

Basic mask pattern

Materials: Yarn in the colors of the mask, a 2.5mm crochet hook, scissors, and a needle.

-Make 6 single crochet into a magic circle. Tighten the circle.

-Ch 1, increase in every stitch around, sl st in first sc (12)

-Ch 1, *1 inc, 1 sc, rep from *, sl st in first sc (18)

-Ch 1, *1 inc, 2 sc, rep from *, sl st in first sc (24)

-Ch 1, *1 inc, 3 sc, rep from *, sl st in first sc (30)

-Ch 1, *1 inc, 4 sc, rep from *, sl st in first sc (36)

Now, Make 5 rows of regular single crochet, 36 stitches each. Chain one, and fasten off. This is the base pattern, simple as that! Now, you can sew details onto it, like eyes, patterns, etc to match the mask you're trying to make.

But now you say, how will i attach this to my skykid without having to sew it onto it, because i might want to make more masks, and change them! Well i'll tell you!

If you're like me, you don't like weaving in loose ends. It's boring and takes a lot of time. Well don't you worry cause you won't have to do that! (for some at least, don't leave all your ends loose please) If you haven't weaved it in yet, you should have a thread of yarn in the middle of the back of your mask. This thread is very important. To attach the mask, you'll have to take your crochet hook, put it through the head in some way, making it come out of the middle of the face. Grab the thread with your hook, and pull it through the face.

It's a tedious process, and probably not the most practical way to do this, but hey, it works! It keeps the mask on the face fairly well, unless you're making your skykid headbang with all the energy in their tiny body. If you need to, you can attach more threads to the mask to secure it even more.

Moth hair pattern

Materials: White yarn, blue yarn, brown yarn, a 2.5 mm crochet hook, scissors, a needle, and you might end up needing an iron, to flatten the hair.

The hair can be split up in 5 parts. we will make on at a time.

1- the base (will be used to keep the hair better stuck on your skykids head)

This is a very simple pattern, and actually identical to the mask pattern. So technically you can just go look at that again.

2- The hair strands

-Ch 56, and single crochet in the second chain from the hook. Do 20 single crochet in total. Slip stitch in the next stitch. And chain 21. Single crochet in the second chain from the hook and make 20 in total. Slip stitch in the next stich of the base chain.

You will continue the pattern of chaining 21, making 20 single crochet, and slip stitching into the next chain of the base chain, until you've reached the end of the chain, and you should have 35 strands of hair in total.

When you're done, you might need to iron the hair strands, to match the in game look. Here's a guide for the next step, since i'm bad at explaining

3- The hair tuft

-Ch 2, sc one into first chain

-Ch 1, sc 2 into the same stitch.

-Ch 1, 2 sc

-Ch 1, 1 decrease

-Ch 1, 1 sc, ch 1, fasten off.

Sew this onto the top of the hair piece, somewhere in the middle.

4- The braid

This pattern is similar to the hair strands pattern, the only difference being that instead of 35 strands, we will only make 3. This means making a chain of 24, single crocheting 20, and slip stitching in the next chain, and making two more, so that you have 3 strands in total.

We will not braid it yet, because we need to make the last part first.

5- The hair tie

First, work with your blue yarn.

-Ch 10, sl st in first chain to make a circle

-Do 3 rows of sc, 10 stitches each. Chain one, and fasten off.

Now, take your brown yarn, and surface crochet around the first row and third row. And that's it!

6- The secret part (assembly)

Take the braid you've made, braid it, and pull it through the hair tie. Then, sew the braid onto the base piece (under the hair strands) and then you're done with the hair!

You attach it in the same way you attach the mask. I'd recommend one "fastening thread" in the front of the hair, and one in the back at least. add more if you need to.

Base tunic

Materials: White-ish yarn, a 2.5mm crochet hook, scissors, a needle.

This tunic will be used for every base outfit in the game, with the actual pants being a separate piece.

The tunic will also be separate pieces that are put together in the end.

1- Main piece(s)

-Ch 25, single crochet in every stitch (24)

-Make 18 rows of single crochet in total, with 24 stitches each

-Make 4 rows where you decrease in the beginning and end of every row. On the end of the 4th row you should have 18 stitches (if i've done the math correct)

-Make 9 rows of regular single crochet, with 18 stitches each.

-Ch 1, 3 sc, 1 dec

-Ch 1, 1 dec, 2sc, ch 1, fasten off.

-Attach your yarn on the last fourth stitch of the 31st row

-Ch 1, 1 dec, 3 sc

-Ch 1, 2 sc, 1 dec, ch 1, fasten off.

Now, make one more, so that you have 2.

2- Sleeves

-Ch 16, sc into every stitch (15)

-Make 26 rows of single crochet in total, with 15 stitches each.

Make 2 of these too.

3- Neck piece

-Ch 7, sc into every chain. (6)

-Make 50 rows of single crochet in total, with 6 stitches each

4- Assembly

Here, i've made a guide on how to assemble this. After that, you're done with the tunic!

Moth shorts

Materials: same yarn as the one you used for the tunic, a 2.5mm crochet hook, scissors.

-Ch 40, and sl st in the first chain to make a circle.

-Make 5 rows of regular single crochet, with 40 stitches each.

-Ch 1, 20 sc, sl st in the first sc.

-Attach the yarn again, and make another leg with 20 stitches. Both legs should have 5 rows each.

-Make 4 more rows of single crochet, with 20 stitches each. Fasten off.

And now you're done!

This one is the dark palette but it works for any colors

None of this is done in a round as in you have to slip stitch after each round.

I used DMC thread for all of this, but I could not tell you what specific colors just: pale yellow, red, black (or for dark Vash, a dark purple instead of red). I used a 1.15 mm hook for this whole thing and a quilting needle, which is just a really short sewing needle (an inch or so long).

Mc = magic circle

Sc = single crochet, American terms

Sl st = slip stitch

Head: *I used a pale white thread color for this you can obv use whatever* start with a magic circle || sc 6 in the circle, sl st to first stitch (6) || ch 1, sc 2 in each stitch to increase to 12, sl st (12) || ch 1, sc 1, sc 2 in same stitch, repeat 5 times, sl st (18) || ch 1, sc 2, sc 2 in same stitch, repeat 5 times, sl st (24) || ch 1, sc 24, repeat 3 times for a total of 4 rounds of 24 scs, sl st (24) || ch 1, sc 2 dec 1, repeat 5 times, sl st (18) (you can start to stuff it here, I used less than a cotton ball for the whole thing) || ch 1, sc 1 dec 1, repeat 5 times, sl st (12) || ch 1, dec every stitch, sl st (6) || cut the thread but leave enough so you can sew it to the body *Do NOT pull the hole closed. It’s going to be the neck hole where you attach to the body.

Decorations (using red thread):

               Arm 1- ch 5, sl st to make it a circle || ch 1, sc 5 for two rows, sl st (5) || cut the thread but leave enough to sew securely to arm.

               Arm 2- ch 5, sl st to circle || ch 1, sc 5 for four rows, sl st (5) || cut thread and leave enough to sew to the shoulders.

               Chest- ch 12, sl st || ch 1, sc 12, slst (12) || ch 1, sc 2 in same stitch (1st and 2nd stitches), sc 6, sc 2 in same stitch (8th and 9th stitches),  sc 5, sl st (14) (this is to make the shoulders point out a little) || ch 1, sc 2 in same stitch (1st and 2nd stitches), sc 6, sc 2 in same stitch (9th and 10th stitches), sc 6, sl st (16) || ch 1, sc 2 in same stitch (1st and 2nd stitches), sc 7, sc 2 in same stitch (10th and 11th stitches), sc 7, sl st (18) || sew to the main body by stabbing through the waist line, cut thread

               Shoulders- (this one goes in the empty spot between the main body and the chest piece from above) ch 5, turn, sc 2, skip a chain, sl st to last chain, pull through and cut thread (2 ½) || sew into the empty space on the shoulder. You can also attach the arms after finishing this, hopefully I will remember to include a photo to show where to attach them.

               Legs? Train? - ch 9, sc 8, sl st (8) || ch 1, sc 8, sl st (8) || repeat 4 more times for a total of 5 pieces and attach to chest piece, one centered around the front, two on either side of that, and two in the back. If there is extra space in the back, you can make a sixth one and space the pieces more evenly in the back.

               I would recommend attaching his head at this point, but we will add hair and the face later

               Collar- ch 11, sc 15 (inc every other) (15), sew to the neck of the jacket.

               Buttons- (using black thread) sew 2 french knots on the collar (you can hide the thread by either going through the back of his head or through his chest), then maneuver the needle to the jacket and sew either 6 or 4 french knots (depends on how much room you have), three on both sides, and then finally, on the train of his jacket, make 12 french knots with 6 on both sides.

Hair: his hair is a little complicated to explain but I’ll try my best. Using a light yellow and black thread, tie a whole bunch of knots to his head wherever you want his hair line (I was just pulling the thread through until it got close to the end, and then tying a knot and cutting it quite long so make sure you have plenty of thread) You shouldn’t be making it too thick at the front because then his hair won’t lay right. It can be a little thicker at the back of his head because we will have to cut it quite short when we get to that point. I don’t know how many knots I tied or where because it really just depends on the shape of his head. But once you’re finished tying all the knots try to press the hair down and shape it a little before cutting it (remove knots if you have to it happens all the time). When everything looks good then go ahead and start cutting. It may take a while to get the shape as you want it but go slow.

Face: I started with a light blue this time (because with the first Vash I gave him black eyes). It just takes some trial and error to get the eyes right because this also depends on the shape of the head but definitely make sure they’re evenly spaced lol. I think I did 4 sets of lines for each eye to get the size right. After that I used black thread pierced through the back of his head to make… eyelashes, I suppose… and the mouth.

Yi city but goth aesthetic

My brain just managed to form a single coherent thought (super rare btw) and all it told me was

Baby bat (beginner goth) xue yang just getting his fangs done professionally and the orthodontist doing his fangs is just so... scrumptious and xue yang just melts,so he scopes around for information wether this angelic man,clad in white clothing from head to toe,is single or nah

He isnt,xue yang is pissed but since he has his mouth full he cant block out the low irritated grumble from leaving his throat,the orthodontist seems to not hear it (xiao xingchen totally did he's just so amused and fascinated by this scrunckly little baby bat that is being so pliant in his hands its too adorable for him to say anything about it) and he keeps asking questions to confirm whether xxc likes his husband or not,and from what xy learned,his husband runs one of the best rated top notch, extremely recommended in the local goth community tattoo body modification and piercing parlour...that xy was already planning on going to for quite some time, and has an appointment booked in in order to get his nipples pierced,and he knows an opportunity when he sees one.

He gets to said parlour and tries to scope out the possible husband,and there he is,the human version of a (very sexy) tree, he's so tall and strong xy knows for a fact he cant top that (he definitely wants to be topped by that tho⁠(͡⁠°⁠‿⁠ ͡⁠°⁠)),and its either fate loves him,or absolutely despises him, because his appointment was switched to be with that absolute wall of a man instead of with the person he originally booked with...so he marches over with the best brave face he's got in stock,sits down on the little chair they have behind the privacy curtain and waits...

As soon as song lan saw him walking in he knew for a fact thats the fascinating little thing his husband told him about earlier that day,and he had to practically beg wwx to switch his client with him,wwx agrees saying he was his last client anyway and he needs to pick up his son from daycare and get some groceries..

And xy is so cute and so bad at pretending he's brave,but sl chooses to spare that poor baby bat and go along with his act..and boy is he glad he went with it, because xy is so good and he listens so well,obeys so well,and okay...maybe it isn't very moral to take what shoulve been a regular piercing appointment and turn it into half a scene with the way sl has been practically domming xy,but he cant help it...and hearing those little gasps of the pain from the needles jabbing into his nipples was just euphoric

After each of the encounters they all think they'll never meet again...until theres a goth event at the local bar and lo and behold,if it isnt the scrunckly little man,the sexy tree and his pale angelic husband all at the same bar..this time sl and xxc agree that they are keeping him.

Empires (S1) X life series AU: Lizzie knows

Hello tumblr people, hear ye hear ye, I have yet another AU to share with you.

A life series AU x Empires SMP au, where the ocean queens husband goes missing (by the hand of the Watchers) and ends up in 3rd life. Lizzie immedeately catches on, and forcefully puts herself in Last Life. Her goal becomes to weaken and destroy the Watchers, and free the players from the inside out.

Lizzie starts the fairy fort as a cover-up, makes a deal with Joel to win Tango's game and informs Martyn of her plan. Joel "kills" lizzie, to make it seem to the Watchers like they're against one another, and the fairy fort burns as an excuse for her to join the Shadow clan.

During the entirety of last life, she sows peoples souls together with a needle and thread, in preperation for double life. After last life ends, she forcefully starts double life instead of limited life (what the Watchers wanted). This change sucessfully frees Mumbo, Skizz and herself from the games. Besides that, the "you're dead but not really, because your soulmate died but you didn't", puts Ren put of action too.

This plan works for a little bit, but in LL the watchers catch on, bring some players back (but failed with mumbo) and blocks lizzie from entering the game. She manages to get in through Pearl, but gets immedeately noticed and thrown out.

In secret life, lizzie breaks back in and now starts putting her full focus on breaking the Canary curse and creating a portal out of the SL world. She opens a portal to the end, and let's herself fall, where she opens another portal to Empires with the help of Martyn. Both of them are briefly freed, but the Watchers catch on and bring Martyn back. BUT the Canary curse is broken, and the Watchers now have less power on Jimmy. He dies right after due to his own stupidity though.

Lizzie spend a lot of her power on opening those portals, and is now incredibly weakened. The Watchers add her to the games in her weakness, and she gets played like a fiddle in Wild Life. She'll have to try again next time.

Enoch (Over the Garden Wall) Crochet Pattern

This pattern has a lot of sewing. You've been warned! I couldn't find a way to minimize the sewing and still have the same color changes and composition I wanted.

Materials

Fasten off and leave an extra long tail. It should be able to wrap around your head 10 times.

Pass the yarn under a stitch from round 20.5. Wrap the yarn over and around the pumpkin and divide it in two. Pass the yarn under another stitch from round 20.5. Pull the yarn tight and secure it with a knot. Repeat this two more times until your pumpkin is divided in 6 parts.

Pass the yarn through the pumpkin from bottom to top to work on his top embellishment.

Starting from the stitch marker on the head's round 1.5

Round 1: 8inc [16] Round 2: (2sc, inc) * 5, sc [21] Fasten off and weave in the tail.

Assembly

Using sewing pins, attach all the stripes and the arms and stripes alternating greens. Once you're happy with the placement, sew everything.

Using felt, cut the following shapes: 2 soft brown circles 2 black circles (smaller than the brown ones) 1 skinny black heart that will serve as a nose 1 soft brown oval 1 off-white oval (smaller than the brown one) ----- To make the teeth, I just cut the smile and then vertical lines. When it was time to glue it on the brown oval, I separated them a bit for that teeth effect. Glue everything and you're done!
